Student Test Scheduling and Accommodations

Students who have been approved for accommodations for exams, must schedule ALL of their exams and quizzes for the current semester through CDA as soon as possible after accommodation letters have been sent to their instructors. Final Exams for Spring 2026 MUST be scheduled by 4:30pm MDT on Friday, 17 April 2026.

• Schedule your exams online by completing the CDA Exam Form.  You will receive a confirmation email once your exams have been scheduled.

·     You may also schedule your exams by calling the CDA office at 801-581-5020 or stopping by the CDA Main Office in the Student Services Building (SSB) 350.

• Due to space limitations, students must schedule their exams in advance at least 3 business days prior to exam time (business days are Monday-Friday). It is strongly recommended that students schedule their exam dates, including finals, as early in the semester as possible.
• Exams must be scheduled for the same days and times the class will be taking the exams.
• CDA is available to proctor exams Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
